      This was great! I'm a big fan of mug cakes, but I was feeling extra hungry tonight and knew that this one would do the trick, as it used almost half an apple.
      As I was eating it, I thought, "This is good, but would be GREAT with whipped cream." Then I noticed your photos with whipped cream haha. I didn't have any, so I drizzled a little honey on top for that extra sweetness and slight moisture.

        Oh, I used a flax egg instead of a real one because I never like mug cakes with egg.
