    • 2 egg
    • 4 egg whites or ½ cup liquid egg whites
    • ½ cup whey protein powder Vanilla, cinnamon or caramel flavors work best. You can also use plant-based protein or casein protein.
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon salt
