How Long Does Homemade Banana Bread Last?
Is there anything better than eating a warm, freshly baked slice of banana nut bread? Our kids love it! Leftover banana bread should be placed in an airtight container and left in a cool dry place for 3-5 days or up to 7 in the refrigerator.
Freezing Instructions
Banana bread freezes well and can be frozen for up to 4 months. Freeze individual slices, half loaves, or the whole loaf. Simply wrap loaves or slices in foil and store in a freezer zip-top bag removing as much air as possible.
To thaw, leave the banana bread on the counter for at least a few hours or the night before serving.

I just made this. It is outstanding. The recipe is a "keeper". I was afraid that it would be too heavy, but it is not. I beat the eggs to make them a little lighter. I also used frozen bananas that I ended up microwaving a little. I think it brought out the banana flavor. Thanks for the recipe....
