    Everything Bagel Cucumber Bites

    • 1 English Cucumber Sliced into ¼-inch rounds
    • ½ Cup Cream cheese (spreadable, whipped, or softened)
    • 3 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

      how do I figure the amount of carbs? It says 5g of carbs so how many "pieces" can a person have to stay within the 5g of carbs?
