Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop 2 medium-size apples of your choice. 
  • Saute apples in a tablespoon of butter just until they are starting to get soft
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the apples plus 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon, and cook for one-2 minutes.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter and cook until melted and the camel apple sauce is slightly thickened. 

Notes

VEGAN DAIRY FREE OPTION

Use plant based butter or coconut oil in place of dairy butter. 
 

HOW TO STORE

 Allow your apples to cool, then place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
