Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup oats rolled, old fashioned
  • 1 cup Milk milk of your choice.
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the apple
    1 apple
  • Place apple, banana, oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter, milk, and cinnamon into a blender 
    1 apple, ½ banana, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 3 tablespoons hemp seeds, ½ cup oats, 1 cup Milk
  • Blend on high speed until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
