Protein Blueberry Muffin Recipe Instructions

Step 1 Preheat your oven & line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

Step 2 In a medium size bowl, mix melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt eggs, honey, and vanilla.

Step 3 Fold in oat flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 4 Stir in blueberries being careful not to over mix the batter.

Step 5 Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes
