Healthy Whole Grain Chocolate Chip Cookies

Whip up a batch of these healthy oat flour cookies packed with gooey melty chocolate chips.

They taste just like a traditional soft batch chocolate chip cookie except that they are naturally gluten-free and baked with whole grain oatmeal goodness!

Chocolate Chip Oat Flour Cookie Recipe

Cream softened butter and brown sugar

Step 1

Add your egg and vanilla extract and mix again.

Step 2

Stir in baking soda, salt, and oat flour, adding the oat flour one cup at a time.

Step 3

Fold in chocolate chips, being sure not to over mix your cookie dough.

Step 4

Chill cookie dough for at least one hour for soft batch cookie. Don't chill if you prefer a thinner, crispy cookie.

Step 5

Scoop your dough onto a  baking sheet using a 1-ounce cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon.

Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
