Mash bananas with a fork or potato masher in a medium-sized bowl, then stir in melted coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla

Add oat flour, baking powder and salt to the wet mixture and stir until the cranberry bread batter is combined and the oat flour is incorporated. Stir in cranberries

Make the orange cream cheese by mixing together cream cheese, egg, orange extract, and honey.
